Our warehouse ships orders via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail within two business days of receipt of an order. If an order requires the shipment of a pallet or a crate, the time for delivery may vary based on the availability of truck pickup schedules in the United States. In the case of these pallet or crate orders, we will be in contact with the customer regarding the timing of delivery and the requirements for the truck delivery, such as the possible need for a lift gate at the destination address.
